Annoyingly, the usual media outlets are touting this as a case of BT being forced to comply by a court acting on behalf of a set of Hollywood content providers. I'd be very surprised if BT was anything other than a willing defendant and complicit from the start. It has so much to gain from this judgement and nothing at all to lose.
