Steve Jobs died today.

That's what I hear. It seems clear to me that he was aware this was coming considering the time he quit Apple and this event. I believe this event will cause Apple stock to rise and hopefully inspire Apple to reach a new high. In any case, RIP Steve Jobs.

I found out just before having dinner. I opened my iPad in a news site I use to read, and it was the first article. It totally ruined my dinner. I was so sad. I dont know why I had this crazy idea that he was gonna make it this time, again. Geniuses shouldnt die.

This is so sad.
Apples new CEO is alright. But im not a fan of him, he just hasn't got the knack to add pazazz to the unveilings and things like that (Although that was one of his first tries).
RIP Steve Jobs.

one might disagree with his products or prices but the man certainly deserves respect,
why is it always the bright examples of human potential that die first?

I was thinking along the same line.

I know humans are mortal, and we will have to leave the mortal world sooner or later. But Mr Jobs was relatively young and he had beat cancer - two types - in the past.

Although things weren't looking too good, I was also holding on to that tiny glimmer of hope he would be back any day.

R.I.P. Mr Jobs.

I've seen this being suggested as a new Apple logo:

Looks good to me.
