Hey!
Is there any way I can submit a game that I made with XNA to the 360, just mine, not the market place.
Any way I can do this for free if not?

No, you still need the membership to test on the 360. The exception is if you are currently a student, you can get a one year membership for it for free through the MS Dreamspark program which will allow you to test on yours but not publish on the market place. Hope this helps.
