Where can I get Photoshop fonts royalty free?

Hey!
I was just wondering... Are Photoshop fonts usualy copyrighted? Is there a place I can get them where they are not copyrighted?
I dont really want to pay. But If I have to I will spend 15 pounds (IS this asking too much? I have no clue about this stuff as this is really not my area).
Help?

as far as i know you can use any true type font out there,

Some typefaces are expensive and some aren't. There are also a lot of free ones. Any TrueType font file should work. Photoshop may also support other formats, you can Google for it if you want, but TTF is the most popular I think

They're not Photoshop fonts; they're simply Windows fonts and as the others have said: TTF.
There are shedloads of free TTF font sites out there, as Google will show.

But what about them being royalty free? Can I use them and not worry about getting sued for copyright infringement?

There are plenty them that you don't have to worry about royalties with. You can use them freely. Also, OTF fonts work fine with Photoshop as well.
