I noticed my Sony Xperia J losing battery very fast, i checked i i find that is caused by google services, this also affect my data plan.
How fix that,

Previously I have not had any problems with it, the battery endured more than 3 days, now maximum 24 h

Have you tried Googling it to see what others say? It might be a fault with the phone. You never know.

In Settings, Accounts and Sync you have the ability to switch off any background sync or sending/receiving data by applications.

I have used GSam Battery Monitor to check on battery consumption. It gives you accurate logs of battery use by app and tells you which apps are causing the phone to wake from idle/deep sleep.

I dislike apps that attempt to save battery life, as the way they tend to do this is by disabling connectivity when idle or disabling push notification services.
