How do I create a youtube video and make it go viral?

I was inspired by the very morbidly obese man who got help by making a video of himself begging for help.

I need to get my mom medical care, she has a rare disease and her records have been stolen, in fact we have letters stating from these medical facilities that they have been stolen. Because of medicare, most doctors will not bother getting to the bottom of her problems, she has tumors that need to be removed because they are potentially cancerous and are putting off weird chemicals which are driving her disease. Doctors have ignored this because medicare pays so little. We would like to make a video of this and see if we can get some help this way. Can anyone help explain how to make a video go viral?

Watch Kony 2012. That video was the work of a marketing genius. In order to get a video to go viral, you have to come up with a way to evoke strong EMOTIONS. EMOTION is the key. Most people do not respond to logic as well as they do when their emotions are evoked.

A girl sent a vid viral by appealing to Justin Bieber for help.

frank emotion + tag your vid with gaga, beyonce, bieber, american idol, etc............. kids will find the vid and tell each other and their parents....they won't be looking for you BUT...there you will be.
