I can only assume you're talking about the inverter. In which case, the answer is no. Different connectors, different voltages.

So I couldnt buy an LCD Controller like this http://compare.ebay.co.uk/like/19071153 ... sbar&cbt=y and connect it to any LCD panel? Its just that I have a spare LCD panel lying around that could be used.

it would be far safer to find a parts number on the lcd screen and find out excactly what LCB's were meant to drive it, i saw a list of compatible LCB's and panels a while back.

di you get it from a samsung screen? they have a fair amount of modularity, if from the same generation then many work.
i have done 2 swaps, i am still looking for a replacement power board for a 19" touch display, the first two were samsung screens, i had a single board from the same model where the screen itself had been cracked during shipping, the other i bhough after researching on the net.

some LCD displays are specific depending on the manufacturer of the display-the T-Conn board could be different and the LVDS cable could be brand and model specific-there are variables to LCD panel an controllers

I actually know from first-hand experience that this cannot be done and the controller board has to be programmed to work with a specific LCD panel.
Around about March/April time, my now fiancée and I built a touch-screen computer for the kitchen, put together from many spare parts I had lying about, one of which included a Samsung LCD panel from a dead laptop. I had to buy a controller to get it to work outside of the laptop that it was fitted to originally. Although I had ordered the controller to be programmed for it, it was not programmed correctly, no damage was caused but the display was not displaying the image correctly. I subsequently ordered a programming device and looked for the closest match to the display panel's LVDS pinout (a fair amount of Google searching for various datasheets), and got it working a treat.

I did have to order the parts (board, LVDS cable, inverter, etc) from China owing to no UK based suppliers of these boards.

In short, you can't really just put any panel to any controller.
