im currently on orange pay as you go
under that I have a extra:
I have 500mb internet for 30 days for £7.50

I will be switching to 3 mobile pay as you go
with the add on:
all in one 15 with
300mins calls
3000 texts
all you can eat data

it's £15 per 30 days
the unlimited data is actually 1tb per moth witch is a slight upgrade from 500mb with orange

having android I can check witch networks are in range and evenknow I am in the country side I can get a 3 signal the hspa is helf decent in our area

3 appear to be on the same tower as Orange and t mobile
the tower is a Macrocell one ( it's one of third big roadside ones) it's 30m tall

You didn't actually ask any questions. That may be why you're getting no answers. What do you want people to comment on, exactly? The price? Feedback from other 3 customers? Something else?

I switched to the same 3 PAYG plan as you. I am pleased with it so far.

I suppose the coverage will depend on where you live. As for the price, well, if you use the add-on you mentioned, it will be £15 per month.

I think you should call Three customer services and ask them these questions. Either that or ask someone in your area who uses Three.

You can check coverage in your area by typing your postcode into their website. I don't know how accurate they are though. Also you could order a free SIM and pop it into your phone just to check what the signal is like before you make a commitment to porting your number (assuming you are planning on doing that).

I live in the country side on a road with 6 houses and a prep school (in other words posh area with high house prices)

After my experiences with 3 I couldn't recommend them. My area was apparently well covered. But all I got was a drop out of signal regularly and even my texts wouldn't always send. I would recommend giffgaff over them as any provider that I've used that makes use of the o2 network has been great. There is a plan that matches the one you have posted but with more minutes: link

GiffGaff are cheaper but they do not have telephone support for customer services. If you have a problem you have to ask on a forum.

Luckily I haven't had any problems yet. I'd actually rather request help online than have to talk to someone on the phone. If that was required tesco mobile is another good option. You actually get 100 more minutes than giffgaff based on the £15 packages. Only small downside is its a monthly rolling contract, so you have to notify them if you no longer want the plan.

I've never heard of anyone being banned from giffgaff. They have a 1gb cap on data which seems to be standard now. I see you live in a rural area, that will explain the poor coverage which is unfortunate. If you end up going with 3 I just hope you have better luck than I did.

I use Three. They have fantastic coverage, all round great experience. Except the prices are a little sky high!
