Auto-tune - the source of the never-ending demonization of the music industry.

Awful music - Hip hop, Garage, Rap, Bubblegum, Teen pop, Dub-step, Boy/Girl bands.

SMS Language - responsible for grammatical incoherence and atrocity of spelling.

Social Networking: Facebook/Twitter/Bebo.

Marxism

Scientology

Emergence of negative sub-cultures (chav’s, juvenile and non-educated delinquents, teenyboppers).

Artificial Sweeteners (especially Aspartame, Donald Rumsfeld's bio-weapon in order to deceive and dumb down society).

The number of people killed by guns, even in wartime, is too microcopically small to actually effect population growth.

I would modify that to say organized religion. Private religious attitudes are inevitable. Humans will cook up some sort of scheme in which to place their experiences. It cannot be prevented. The best we can hope for is that people will keep their private relgions to themselves or at least confine them to their homes and not inflict them on the public.
