Humans have stripes! (they're invisible on most of us)

They're called Blaschko's lines, and they can be seen in mosaic individuals or individuals with certain skin conditions. During development inside the womb, the skin cells proliferate in a characteristic pattern. In most people, the pattern is invisible. However the stripes can be seen with some genetic and inherited conditions.

Interesting. I saw the chimerism picture before, but I had no idea those stripes were present in everybody.
