I was thinking about building an aerial drone to take pictures of my neighborhood. I was also thinking about arming it with some form of air cannon to dogfight with Crows...(no reason just curiosity) anyhow.. are there any places that you may know of that would be interesting to look?

You could stick cameras on it and then disguise it as a hawk and let it fly in the nieghborhood during nesting season. The crows would mob it in midair as if it were a real hawk. And you could video a bunch of angry crows coming at the viewer to post on U-Tube. Well- that image worked for Hitchcock.
You could put glowing lights on it at night- and then monitor the local news for reports of UFO sightings from nieghbors.
Then (speaking of UFO's), if you get really ballsy, you could drive out to Nevada. Park along the desert highway- and launch it to fly over Area 51. See if you can video anything interesting before they shoot it down.
Maybe you will get footage of our fleet of confiscated alien space craft going through their paces at the secret base.

Launching air borne objects far and wide does create a hazard to the neighborhood. So expect that there will be safety and privacy regulations regarding the construction, deployment and use of private unmanned aircraft.
It is only reasonable. We are not allowed to s**t in our neighbor's yard or pee on his rosebush. It is impolite to fart on crowed elevators. A certain amount of respect has to be shown to the privacy and safety of our neighbors.
