The 'play' button on my keyboard

So, I have this wireless keyboard with these buttons for media players and suddenly the one that's supposed to initiate playing is not working as it once were (for Winamp mainly), but can instead control YouTube's playing of videos. Anyone has any idea why this is? :?

Thanks, selecting 'restore defaults' worked... but it's strange that they were all crossed out as, unless there's physical keys that do that I might have pressed by mistake, I never disabled them in Winamp's preferences...
