This is a call to all those Aspie's who are regular Twitter users, I would be interested to know how you're getting on with using it; how do you use it etc. Also, if anyone is happy to share their Twitter username so we can follow like-minded people :)

I personally do not see the point in following random celebrities who I am sure I have nothing in common with.

my s/n is MotownCountry

i use it fairly well. i'm not a spammer and don't do like a million posts in one day. mine are spread out...sometimes i go for days without posting something or replying to someone.

I regularly check Twitter for incomings, but never post.

I follow people who are good at clever or funny posts. It is sort of my constant RSS feed of amusing bon mots.

Love twitter. Much more so than other social platforms. I've been on it for several years but only post maybe once a day or so. Some times it is to reply to someone's tweet or just to make a random comment about whatever.

I liken it to being in a sports stadium and everyone is yelling. You can shout whatever you want because no one hears you or really cares. If a tweet gets noticed, then it is like when the cameras briefly catch someone holding up a clever sign. People notice it for that instant then move on.

It is also good for following writers or actors, anyone who is involved in your favorite interests.

And because it's easy to stay anonymous no worries about family or work reading what you really think.

I dislike Twitter. First off, I have a boring life, nothing "Tweet-worthy." Secondly, asking an Aspie to condense her thoughts into a mere 140 characters?! For shame!
