Computer Addiction
I have been addicted to computers since I was 12 years old, maybe even earlier. I had a computer right away when I was born and as a kid, and once I got one of my own, it's gotten worse. Since then, I have had 4 computers of my own as well as various mobile devices. I used to mainly be focused on cyber-security but now I've branched. At this time, I do excessive music and video streaming, excessive blogging, excessive torrenting, excessive downloading and uninstalling of software, excessive checking of email and follower counts, excessive changing of wallpaper/screensavers/rearranging of icons, excessive re and de activation of social media, excessive picture taking, graphics design, typing, and researching. I go on the computer for at least six to twelve hours a day and I keep my computer and smartphone right near my bed. I am currently laying in bed on my computer with a neckroll because I have terrible back-aches from being online all day. I often feel so guilty about the things I do online, even if they are not bad. I always feel like people will "judge me" for my fandoms and internet searches about celebrities and their body statistics, so I am now constantly clearing the history and being paranoid that my parents will walk in or that they are "spying on me." I also forget to eat on time and go as long as three days without a shower or up to a week with dirty hair. In fact, it is lunch time right now and I haven't eaten yet and am laying her unbathed and in my unwashed pajamas. I often obsess over moving out (which I can't do yet) just so I can be alone with my computer and use it without anyone monitoring me. What should I do?

Add something to your life that takes you away from the computer, preferably out of the house. It has to be something you enjoy a lot, otherwise you won't be motivated to continue and will go back to the addictive behavior.
Software that prevents you from using the computer for too long or forces you to take breaks may be available. Depends on which operating system(s) you have. Or you could just use something like an alarm clock. Or you could actually ask your family members to intervene if your willpower isn't strong enough.
