Copy the text you want to quote

Above your reply box is a small tool bar, the quote is the first one on it. You use that by tapping it once for the start command (you have to move your cursor from before it to after it), pasting the text, and then tapping the quote tool again. It will add the end quote command.
Once you see the commands it adds, you can also memorize them and type them in also if you wish.
