I bought a tablet for the first time about 2 years ago.
I started using it to watch videos and play old games.

At the same time I was having bad quality sleep. I would be tired on waking and would need to nap every day, quite soon after waking.
I think it might have been causing insomnia too.

I didnt put the two together for about a year. When I gave up the tablet my sleep was restful again,

Wifi routers seem ok but the devices that communicate with the router interfere with my sleep.

Hypersensivity to microwaves has not been proved sucessfully. You should first ask yourself about the habits you were having with the tablet, watching videos while on bed before sleeping for example can impact on quality of sleep.

I download videos to my nintendo DS which doesn't use wifi unless you want it to.

My sleep is a lot better.
Admittedly the tablet had a bigger screen.
