For a few weeks, I've been getting the following message whenever I tried to download anything: "Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded." I tried downloading Google Chrome, but the same message came up. What do I do?!

It might have something to do with your 'User Profile' in the Administrative Tools, or a setting in the Internet Explorer, I might be able to help via Remote Access through 'Team Viewer'....but you should be able to D/L , U/L with no 'problems' with your browser second guessing your permission rights on your PC, after all... you are the *Administrator* on your PC...
