Reports are coming out/leaking out that Comcast is will soon unveil and launch a competitor to YouTube.

If this succeeds, will Comcast finally have enough leverage to finally block Google services from their customers (Comcast has regularly warned Google about being blocked)?

Only if they are really eager to find out just exactly what the FCC means by "common carrier."
