There's no danger of a collision, but asteroid 2020 SW will come very close to Earth today. At closest approach, around 11 UT on Sept. 24th, the space rock will fly just 28,254 km above Australia and New Zealand, closer than many satellites.

Even if 2020 SW hit Earth, it wouldn't do much damage. The space rock is only about 5 meters wide. For comparison, that's 25% as wide as the famous Chelyabinsk meteor of 2013, which broke windows in six Russian cities when it exploded in the atmosphere east of the Ural Mountains. A hypothetical strike by 2020 SW would break fewer windows, and leave no craters at all.
