I cannot do most technology things...

...Really .
After many years on the Internet , the most basic things - say , putting a portrait up on Facebook , or feeding something from a smartphone onto YouTube , are beyond me .
I am not happy about this , believe me , I am not some intentional ananchronism/" eccentric " .
I have both been so poor , and , even when I have had some basic stuff (like the - before they were stolen - couple of smartphones I had) , too , EVERYTHING would go wrong , even when , following the instructions , I tried to get things going .
I would try to get some help ~ Rarely would I get any response - And even when I got some , not much would happen .
I could use help now (though I am so poor now that I don't have even some of the things I had before) - But , since I can't even get any help regarding the open wound on my foot that re-opened AFTER the amputation of both my toes , for instance , when I was discharged immediately back to being homeless with no care at all (and the hospital and clinic here won't even , LITERALLY , bandage the bad toe remmnant now ) , and I can't get help regarding , say , some temporary shelter somewhere , or , even , an ability to wash up and put new clothes on that aren' infested with itch-producing insects , so that I am itching right now- Or , try to get some help so that I can regain my balance that the lack of post-amputation care has kept me from regaining (And , I beieve that my leg could become totally infected and it even could , left untreated , lead to not only amputation , but death-Well , being unable to put up a link via " click and drag " becomes lesser ...
