Here is a few useless but fascinating mathematical series that I decided to share with you. Will they ever be useful? Not likely, but are they interesting? Indubitably.

For a series that may actually be useless, sum the squares of all positive integers to the 100th power.

1+2^100+3^100+4^100+...

Some of them are useful like Newton's Binomial Theorem. Most of them have no further contribution in mathematics.
