Trying to do something no-one else has done

1.) I am trying to do something.

2.) I've run into a seemingly insurmountable obstacle in accomplishing it.

3.) I've tried to look around the web for where people have done something similar to get a look at how they do it.

4.) I've found nothing.

5.) I've tried asking around.

6.) No one has responded. I suspect that no one else understands what I'm trying to do, and I feel like I cannot explain it.

So basically I'm trying to do something that no one else has done, that no one else can understand, and that won't work.

Lol, perhaps some specifics would be in place...this is a rather vague post and I'm not sure what you want the responses to be about.

I typically set it aside for a while and wait until I get an idea on how to get around the obstacle.

This happens to me often. I usually think, "I can't believe nobody has thought of this before me."
I usually have to invent tools to do it.
Given enough thought, I can usually find the right thing. Sometimes it takes weeks.

No one else can be the sixth person to respond to this thread. Hence I have accomplished someone no one else has done and no one will ever do.

If you can't explain it, can you still script or flowchart it?

Maybe its too personal a thing, or something. Not that its too complicated.

OP, people were willing to try helping you, but you didn't elaborate on the problem. Nonsensical thread locked.
