Which of these chargers do you think would be more likely to be able to find it in a regular store?

Current iPhone charger or Android style micro-USB; both can be found next to the register (here in the USA) at stores from hardware to grocery to gas stations for a few dollars.

semi-OT rant:
It's a shame, too, as the mini-USB plug - the big clunky one - has turned out to be by far the most robust. micro-USB sockets tend to have weak solder points to the pcb & apple cords have a tendency to break just before the connector.
