I just want to see if I can find some optometrists that have ASD traits. I want to know if school will be too hard for me and the job itself will be too hard.

I've just heard optometry school is very demanding. I'm also worried about the prerequisites.

Find an Opt. and ask if you can follow her/him for a couple of hours as she/he sees patients.
I did that and it REALLY helps you understand the profession.
