Autistic rights platform - programmers welcome

I'm working with a group within Divergent Labs that is working on a software platform for hosting the autistic rights movement in a way that allows many people and organizations who disagree to share the space and collaborate without any one site admin or top level leadership. So it's designed (unlike facebook or forums like wrongplanet) to be very democratic. It has features for documents (voting and approving changes to them), conversations, projects, and events.

I do want to add at the outset that you would be joining something with momentum and lots of design already done, just so you would need to join that and accept the decisions that were made already.

What platforms / frameworks are already established &/or planned, please?

I'm with Edenthiel, I would need more technical info. I couldn't even consider this until I know if I'm even qualified with the programming language(s) the project is using.

Database in postgresql

Server side in Laravel/PHP

Client side in Dart (I think, but I'm going to be the main person on that)
