Torpark
http://www.torrify.com/software_torpark.html

it's a browser, based in Firefox. When you browse you are actually browsing through other people's servers, so you can safely browse blocked sites.

from Wikipedia:
"The Torpark program works by routing Internet traffic through several 'onion' servers, obscuring the originating address. "

tell us if it worked, I'm sure it will :)

http://4-ch.net/tech/kareha.pl/1158751802/

on the other hand, if you are going to try proxies, there are
programs like
multiproxy http://www.multiproxy.org/
or this one: http://gaamoa.deny.de/
or this one: http://www.freeproxy.ru/en/programs/proxy_checker.htm

basically what they do is check lists of proxy servers ;)

oh, and just found out this one, looks interesting:
