Torpark

it's a browser, based in Firefox. When you browse you are actually browsing through other people's servers, so you can safely browse blocked sites.

from Wikipedia:
"The Torpark program works by routing Internet traffic through several 'onion' servers, obscuring the originating address. "

on the other hand, if you are going to try proxies, there are
programs like

basically what they do is check lists of proxy servers ;)
