Tablets with some requirements

Hi folks. Looking for any tablets with the following requirements:

1. Must charge from USB port.
2. Support for SD or Micro SD cards.
3. Must have built in MP3 player, MP4 player and image viewer.

Requirements are not for debate so please don't bother.

No app download from a store should be required, everything must be there after a factory reset. I'm looking for a complete offline & off the grid solution.

Anyone know of such a tablet, please let me know, i'm looking at several models, but there is rarely any detailed information about that and reviews on youtube mostly talk about battery life, games and youtube playback.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S3? It seems to meet all of the requirements you posted.
