so awesome. i had broken gnome somehow and figured it was the best time to try switching over to beryl. beryl works!! ! gnome....not to much.
beryl i can actually adjust my screen resolution as i want (for some reason gnome would only go up to 1024x768). the desktop effects work and don't break down. generally speaking....beryl is a much more solid window manager than gnome.
i'm stoked.
