FF Stylish Add-on...Security/Privacy Concern

If you use the FF Stylish Add-on, you have already agreed to allow them to "Access your data for ALL websites" (emph.mine)

Seems a high price to pay to darken the background of web pages.


Any other options?
Any FOSS-kind-of-options not requiring such terms?
Suggestions?

It allows one to change the background/colour of websites, amongst other things.......a big plus for ppl with sensory issues and so on.

What I'd like is an add-on that would connect to the site, interpret the formatting, and incorporate everything into one image to fit my monitor and then would then be sent to my computer. It would, of course, need to preserve links.

Firefox has that functionality inbuilt.

Edit --> Preferences --> Content tab --> Colours button.

The UI probably isn't as slick as the one in the add on, but it should let you permanently set the colours you like.
And a bit of fiddling until you get it right is a small price to pay for avoiding a gaping security hole. IMHO.
