Windows 10 : Windows 10 wakes from hibernation

It is happening around 6:00 AM every morning. Oddly it does not seem to be the exact same time.

I have seemingly tried every obvious solution.

Have you tried turning off the monitor (if it's a desktop) or closing the lid (if it's a laptop)? I just turn off my laptop for the sake of saving on electric bills when I'm not using it.
