Do anyone watch Hulu or Netflix? I want to get Netflix, I want to get rid of my cable movie channels. Now I know Netflix is cheaper than cable movies. Do you need a SmartTV to watch Netflix on a TV?

Netflix is great, i don't know about Hulu. i watch netflix on my laptop and i can share my account so is more cheap. if you enjoy films and tv series it is a good choice, i think.

You can watch netflix on a TV by using chrome cast; you don't have to have a smart TV. Chrome cast adapters cost approximately $30 and I think they are pretty awesome! You just need to stream Netflix from a computer or tablet to make it work, so you have to have a fast internet connection.

I think Hulu is good also, but I found that I didn't need to use the paid subscription and cancelled that. In my opinion, Netflix has good original programming and it is worth the monthly fee.

Netflix is better for me than Hulu since I like movies more than I do network TV shows, Amazon Prime is better than both tho since it includes more than just streaming video.

Amazon Prime is free or near free if you’re a student. I have bothe Netflix and Hulu… Netflix is more movie based, but I noticed movies may only stay on there for a few months. Hulu is better for more recent shows, at least current season. Netflix usually waits till a show ends, then they will have all seasons.

My parents have an app called Kodi on Fire stick… It’s kind of annoying to use, but it’s free and probably not legal.

As for me, I haven't had cable for over 5 years. I have a FireSrick in the bedroom which I like a lot. I use Amazon Prime video and Netflix on that. And recently installed MX Player on it (more info on https://www.firestickhow.com/mx-player-firestick.html ). We used to have Hulu as well, but I stopped paying for that because we just never watched it.

Hulu is to Netflix what MySpace was to Facebook.
