Audit Tracking if going through Zoom

I want to be able to work remotely with another person on a state computer app which is accessed with a password and other security protections.

I have discovered that if I have to program open and I get her on Zoom and allow her to control the screen, she can enter and amend client records.

Question: The program/screens have audit tracking for what I do with the program. Can the audit trail tell if the screen is being looked at and/or changed by the second person?
