Explanation For Baltic Anomaly?

I am talking about the thing that looks like a football field sized UFO lying on the bottom of the Baltic Sea:



I just stumbled upon this oddball piece of maritime history that might explain it. The Russian navy of the Czars went through a phase of building some really strange looking battleships. Circular shaped ships of comparable size to this round flat thing that lies on the sea bottom. I am thinking that maybe the early Soviets used old blue prints and built s secret ship of the same type as these ships from the late Czarists times of the early 20th Century, and that it might have sunk in a Baltic sea storm - and that this anomaly that these Swedish adventurers found is it.
