Upgraded to latest version of Outlook/deluge of email.

A couple weeks ago my PC installed the latest version of Outlook. I had been using 'Mail' as the email app on my computer. The messages that I receive here are the ones sent to the email address associated with my ISP, and it basically at email I received except from family, I used Gmail for that. When using 'Mail' I could only view messages received within the last 3 months. Now that I have Outlook, I have 77K unread messages. I have to find an easy way to go through them and delete a bunch.
