It looks like it's mainly using steam and gravity to remove the wrinkles. Which kind of reminds me of German where they use the same word for both iron, the thing for ironing clothes, and for clothes hanger. Presumably, it's in part because if you hang your clothes while they're still warm and a bit damp, gravity will remove the wrinkles before they form.
