my wireless mouse stop working, I can't open the back to replace the batteries. Can someone help me?

Most wireless mice are rechargeable and have a USB micro port on the front edge

Is the battery cover stuck, like what happens to older mice, like mine? it sounds like it is. The recharge suggestion was a good suggestion, but sometimes wireless mice don't have that option. None of mine do. Sometimes the batteries swell with age, making it really hard to slide open the cover. Sometimes the plastic just gets stiffer with age.

What kind of wireless mouse do you have? If the bottom of the mouse has information, such as model. It is usually in very small print. I could do some research. The research would do me some good too.

I'd just buy a new one, or if money was tight, I'd find an old wired mouse and use that instead. But I might tinker with the broken one to see if it was easily fixable. Some of them are a bit tricky to open. If it got too much like hard work, I wouldn't bother. But I never used to be like that. I'd spend days trying to repair things that everybody else would just abandon.

I lost my wireless mouse for my laptop a couple of months ago. I still hope to find it so I'm temporarily using a wired mouse.

I remember the last time I saw it, but can't find it anywhere.

My laptop mouse is a Logitech - MX Anywhere 2S Wireless Laser Mouse; Model: 910005748 SKU:6360418. The last laptop I had was over 10 years ago, I don't remember the mouse, all I remember it had a DVD player.

My mouse has a red & green lights, I don't know what they for, I'm not smart with technology.

That mouse has a small USB port on the front of it, right in the middle. It may have a small rubber or plastic cover over it.

Plug it in using the proper cable to charge it. As mentioned by another user, you can likely used it while plugged into your computer in this manner.

Green light (Number 3) means batter is good. Red light in same spot means battery is at 20% of charge or lower, and to charge it.

It does not appear to have a removable / replaceable battery.

I use another cord, it worked, the cord got broken.
