Why so many hate toward women historically into I.T?

I was wondering, as women I follow IT and me as many other women happen to pretend to be a male.
Is ugly, is horrible, is disguting... but Richman is one of the main example.
I had rrad about maschilism inside Anonymous too.
It is disguting.
