When I try to sign in to my upgraded MSN Messenger, I keep getting a message featuring the following:

Error Code: 80048820

Extended Error Code: 80048439

I also Cannot get into Hotmail as well, I am stuffed!

I found this page that might help.

You might need to switch back to the older version of hotmail until you get the problem fixed.

Ya, I have heard this problem from people at work.

I am having trouble getting into my microsoft mail account.

DX'ed with HFA as a child. However this was in 1987 and I am certain had I been DX'ed a few years later I would have been DX'ed with AS instead.

you can also Google the error code. Include "'s around multiple words, to search for them together (some folks may not know this) . There's almost always a web site that has the answer. Whether it's free or not....sigh..
