last thursday i bought a samsung yp-k3 mp3 player.On saturday i tried to do a firmware upgrade which involved formatting it.Halfway through the format was cancelled.Now my mp3 player wont turn on and if I plug it in the introductory "samsung" screen flashes up and wont go past that.Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
Return it back to the store with reciept. Preferably for a refund to get something better like an iPod nano which doesn't need to be formatted when you perform firmware updates. If not that then exchange it for a different one, your MP3 is bricked and there's no way you can fix it on your onesome.
