I know a few people here have one of these so I'll ask here, because there doesn't seem to be anything I can find on the net with people having similar issues. Does anyone find that their videos lag, so that the video will get stuck on a frame for a few seconds, then spend the next few seconds catching up? This is making about 1/3 of the videos I encode for my Ipod completely unwatchable.

I experience this in the internet frequently. Usually if I just let it sit for a few minutes and load, all is fine. I'm not familiar with the iPod touch - though I wish I were :) Is it possible the video just needs load time? If not, I know apple has decent support. I'd check the website and see if you can find info on this issue.

Nevermind, I think I found the problem. The video was encoded at too high a bitrate. It looked incredible on the Touch's screen, but the processor couldn't handle it. I just downgraded all my lagging videos to a slightly lower bitrate and now there's no problem.
