Does anyone have any idea what matcli is? Everytime I start up our family computer, it opens up a program called matcli for a few seconds and I'm starting to wonder what it does.

Windows errors related to matcli.exe ?
matcli.exe is a support system tool which gathers information necessary for running support tools used by many companies such as Compaq, and HP. Check that matcli.exe is stable on your computer.

Recommendation
matcli.exe should not be disabled, required for essential applications to work properly. It is highly recommended to run a FREE performance scan to automatically optimize memory, CPU and Internet settings.

Thanks. It's strange, it only started showing matcli after we got broadband.
