Hey, folks. I'm in a bit of a pickle- see, I've had Adobe Flash 8 Professional gathering dust on my desktop for a while and whilst I know how to do a VERY basic frame-by-frame animation, I'm still pretty far from being the next John Kricfalusi.

all the tutorials I've seen so far tend to be geared towards people who have a basic knowledge of the program and whilst I do know it to a degree, I've yet to find a decent, easy-to follow tutorial that takes me through EVERY step of the animation-with pictures!- rather than just skimming things.
If anyone can point me in the direction of some good tutorials or books I should look at, I thank you in advance.

Another thing I'm interested in finding would be an add-on plugin/program to use with Word that would instantly translate anything I type into another language. (Maybe such a progam already exists in my Word program but I've yet to find it! :P )
The thing is, since I don't have internet on my home computer, a translator that can work offline would be essential.

I'm looking for one who can do a specific type of translating: for example, If I wanted to translate the word "Hello" into Japanese, the translator could offer a translation into Japanese symbols OR written words IE "Konnichi-wa".

I'm a bit lost when it comes to looking for one so if anyone knows of something that could meet my specifications, I'd be grateful. I'm always eager to learn new languages so this tool would be a great help.

Oh, finally, I'm looking to translate into the following languages from English:

-Japanese (both written and symbols)
-Chinese (both written and symbols)
-Irish
-Korean (both written and symbols)
-German
-French
-Spanish

Thnks again! :D
