Which instant messaging systems are compatible with Macs? I was planning on getting one this weekend.

People like ichat, but I use Adium instead. You can see everything adium supports here: http://www.adiumx.com/

MSN for mac isn't too bad.

It comes as part of Office. (Adium is still better though. Why use more than one program?)

Adium supports you name it and it supports it... even some odd ball ones...

I was asking because I could not find a version of MSN messenger for Mac.
