Good to see a nice, accurate view of it. Though the guy who did the review works for Canonical.

The good way to get an unbiased review is get somebody who.

Doesn't care about using free software [Ubuntu, OpenOffice]
Doesn't care about using corporate software [Microsoft, Symantec, MS Office]
Can give the pros of the features even if the feature is a resource hog
Can tell how many features are useless and whats too much
