Things that only happen in a lab

If the place is classified as a lab it qualifies, start writing

1) You can have Cyanide, Arsenic and your lunch in the same room
2) mini-explosions are seen as fun
3) Big explosions are necessary and look cool
4) It is the only place where you can have grass, crack, meth, heroin, illegal firearms, bullets and explosive in the same room
5) If you are elbow deep in dung it is ok

In my lab, I have access to:

- Changeable Message Signs ("Amber Alert").
- Live Public Safety Communications (Fire, Police, et cetera).
- Live Freeway video.
- Violation Camera images.
- Radar Detectors & Emitters.
- The Latest Computers, Displays, Hard Drives, Memory, & Video Adaptors.
- Automatic Vehicle Identification & Optical Character Recognition Technology (AVI/OCR).
- All of the Fresh Coffee that I can drink.

I worked with thousand dollar equipment making cosmetic products.... and testing them on family, friends, etc

On Muthbusters they had an alcoholic drink with a breathalyzer, speeding with a camera, explosions, . Locally just a few explosions nothing serious
Oh and you can work with illegal chem,icals, weapons, firearms,etc with the cops watching and there is nothing they will do )

In my lab unfortunately the most exciting things get is when someone sets a circuit board on fire, burns themselves with a soldering iron, gets shocked (and usually spontaneously creates new curse words) or shorts a large capacitor so it can be worked with safely (the loud bang and pretty sparks are cool though).
