Physics and Astronomy Sites that Educate
Here are a few places I like to go to learn. (I am a sophomore status by my estimation. The college I attend may consider me a junior.) College or University is still the best place to learn in my opinion, but these sites are great too, especially during the summer.
http://www.adsabs.harvard.edu
The SAO/NASA Astrophysics Data System
(a digital library for physics and astronomy)
http://ads.harvard.edu/books/
A few great serious learning books pertaining to physics and astronomy available free online.
http://units.sla.org/division/dpam/subj ... athfinders
Physics, Astronomy, Mathematics Division of SLA
(substantial physics and astronomy references from which to learn.)
http://ocw.mit.edu/OcwWeb/web/home/home/index.htm
MIT Open Courseware
(This is a great place to learn. Most of the courses you have to be able to afford to purchase the books. There are a few video lectures though, which are easy to learn from and you do not have to purchase the books.)
www.arXiv.org
This is my favorite place to go to read physics papers online. They are the next best thing to having an actual discussion about physic-related topics. These papers help me to relax.
There are more places I like to visit to explore, study, and learn. These are my favorites. If you have some places you visit and learn from, please post them so we can all benefit from them.
Thank you,
CyndiAn
