AFAIK, KDE exists for Windows.
Not really a huge fan of KDE to be honest... I've always found it to be slow and clunky(although definitely visually appealing I must admit). And I highly doubt it'd run very well on this Pentium 3 I'm using.

Dividing the problem into two: are you looking for a terminal client or are you wishing to have bash in windows?

I'm basically looking for a front-end for cmd.exe that supports tabs and truly maximized windows without too much extra clutter. Although, it seems like most of those types of programs support the usage of other command prompts besides cmd.exe so I'll probably end up using bash with it if I can find one to suit my needs. So, while bash on windows isn't quite what I was looking for, that's still a nice find!
Edit: I find it amusing that on that site they have a version of less ported to windows. Why wouldn't they port more instead? I mean... more is more! lol. As far as I know it does everything less does plus more. I wasn't aware that less was even still being used. On many linux machines I've used, less is aliased to more.
