i started this morning, im looking for this massive attack song

by now, its pretty clear to me ill never find it BUT

frostwire keeps listing up spam upon spam upon spam, as "results".

the results automatically copy your query, so enter "hi, im a rad rad radsnake!" and youll get files like
"Hi, Im A Rad Rad Radsnake! (rare copy!).mp3 / 50.2kb"

i got a little trick i do, i randomize the words, simply like
"attack angel massive" and every exactly copied result, is obviously a fake.

NOW

just today, i must have lump blocked well over a hundred IP's, and marked as spam, and repeated the search, again and again. its 9:30 in the evening now, thats about seven hours of continously blocking spam IP's and repeating search.

lets see....

i even keep getting one called "xxx files" wtf :S how am i supposed to mistake that for massive attack anyway?
who's dumb enough to mistake "xxx files" for the song they looked for?
just now blocked 63 further results, ALL of them automatically copied search-results/spam.

who else finds this... amazing?

I think I know your problem. You're using Frostwire instead of Soulseek. I've NEVER failed to find a song I want on Soulseek.

It's amazing, but it does have one drawback compared to other P2P programs. Intead of downloading from multiple users at once, you download from a direct connection to 1 other user. But the music you can find on there.... Although, it's really only good for music and not much else. I personally prefered Ares for other things. Of course, that's before I realized that torrents don't have to be slow.
