I think the most underrated films are:

Titan A.E. (An original idea and very interesting and no musical numbers thats very nice oh not to mention the soundtrack that was awesome)

The Iron Giant(Love the story of friendship and animation and touching and not boring)

Scott Pilgrim VS the world( I love the fight scenes, very funny jokes and scenes, great casting, and very cool music and I like how the movie references to video games cool)

The Last Airbender( I really don't know why the fans say that it didn't follow the show, it followed the show faithfully, decent acting, cool special effects, and keep the show true 70%) :o

Oh, this is my kind of thread! Let's see...

History is Made at Night (1937)
The Village (2004)
The Strange Love of Martha Ivers (1946)
The Little Foxes (1941)
The Disappearance of Alice Creed (2009)
The Spiral Staircase (1945)
Duel (1971)
The Hustler (1961)

And I concur with the poster above who mentioned Frenzy. I mean, I'm sure I concur with several of the movies already mentioned, but that's the one that really stands out in my mind.
