If anything you'd have to look into how Dr. Manhattan behaved when he wasn't Dr. Manhattan. He obviously changed a lot over time after the incident which made him become almost (but not quiet) entirely detached from humanity. So I'd say he appears autistic but he probably became like that with time after the accident.

Rorschach,...he's very poor and he had a rough childhood. This could have led to him trying to be as independent as possible, and as emotionally unavailable as possible so that nobody would have to care for him in anyway. His black and white thinking came about because of the way he grew up, and at the same time still thinking in moral terms. He was torn, and after the incident with the girl, it became extreme. Other than that, he does have a bizarre speaking style and is very obsessed with investigation. Maybe he's got a bit of autism, maybe he only appears like that.

I'd like to add Ozymandias as one character who appears as having AS. Why...?, he's obsessed with ancient Egypt and Romans (especially Ramses II and Alexander the Great). He's got a peculiar speaking style. He's very calm and calculating. He seems isolated. And he said this: I guess you could say I've always been alone. I mean, they say I'm the smartest man in the world, but the truth is I've often felt stupid at being unable to relate to anybody. He's a genius, and sometimes genius overlaps with mild autism. It's possible. But maybe it's because he changed as he gradually became a "superhuman", although, it seems to me, he'd always had those thoughts of being unconnected and detached from others.

Those are the only characters in there that have some autistic qualities (which is more than enough).

I recall a scene in the Support Group's meeting room where the supporting actor goes out of his way to state (to Donald) that Donald should be able to speak with Isabel BECAUSE he has Asperger's and is therefore 'the same' as Isabel.

I thought the movie provided a useful contrast between those with Aspergers (which is itself a Spectrum) and those with Classical/Kanner Autism, severe if you wish.

It also gave some sense of the very broad range of abilities that make up the Autism Spectrum and the final scene perhaps gives some hope (to some at least) that with Autism, what unites us is perhaps greater than what divides us.

I can't believe no ones mentioned snow cake yet! That film makes me feel all warm and fuzzy.
Mary and Max is brilliant too.
